Refund Policy

You always hear the full first minute of your song for free, before you pay anything — so you know what you're getting before you buy. Because of that, here's how refunds work.

Money-back guarantee

If something goes wrong with your order — the audio fails to generate, the file is corrupted, or the final track doesn't match the free preview you approved — we'll refund you in full. Contact newbigideaapps@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll make it right.

Change of mind

Because you can preview the actual song before paying, we don't offer refunds for a simple change of mind after purchase — the preview is there specifically so you can decide beforehand. If you haven't purchased yet and aren't happy with the preview, you're welcome to go back and regenerate the lyrics, or start a new song, at no cost.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
