By using SongGifter, you agree to the following terms.

The service

SongGifter generates a personalized song from details you provide, using AI for both the lyrics and the music. You can preview the first minute of your song for free before deciding whether to purchase the full track and gift page.

Payment

Songs are $34.99, one-time, no subscription. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; you won't be charged until you complete checkout after previewing your song. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Your content, and ownership of the song

You're responsible for the details you submit — please don't include anyone else's private information without their consent, or content that's unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights. Once you purchase a song, you own it: you're free to download it, share it, and use it personally (including posting it publicly) without further permission from us.

AI-generated content

Lyrics and music are generated by AI based on what you share. While we aim for a result that captures the story you tell us, AI output can vary and we can't guarantee a specific creative outcome. You can hear the full preview before paying, specifically so you can judge the result for yourself first.

Availability

We aim to keep SongGifter available and generation times fast, but as with any online service, occasional downtime or delays can happen. We'll do our best to resolve issues quickly and keep you informed.

Limitation of liability

SongGifter is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the song in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use SongGifter after a change means you accept the updated terms.
